Even een Tedros-tijdlijn, zodat we die totale Chinese partij-lakei uit Eritrea/Ethiopië gewoon zien voor wat het is.

China en de WHO
- Tijdens de SARS-uitbraak in 2003 bekritiseerde toenmalig WHO-directrice dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland China nog hevig omdat het land informatie achterhield en de WHO te lang toegang tot ground zero weigerde.
- De WHO heeft van 2020 t/m 2021 een budget van $4,84 miljard, grotendeels afhankelijke van zogeheten 'vrijwillige bijdragen' door landen. Voordat Trump zijn donatie stopzette was de VS met zo'n $500 miljoen per jaar de grootste donor.
- Echter, vanaf 2014 steeg de Chinese bijdrage met zo'n 52%, naar $86 miljoen. Die stijging komt voornamelijk vanuit hun BNP-geïndexeerde bijdragen. Maar ook hun vrijwillige bijdrage steeg van $8,7 miljoen in 2014 naar $10,2 miljoen in 2019.

Nu even over Tedros, China en Ethiopië

- Tedros was van 2005 tot 2012 Ethiopië's minister van gezondheid, en van 2012 tot 2016 minister van buitenlandse zaken onder president Mulatu Teshome Wirtu, die politieke economie en internationaal recht studeerde in... China.
- Tussen 2000 en 2014 leende China Ethiopië zo'n $12 miljard, meestal voor infrastructuur-projecten door Chinese bedrijven.
- En eind januari lazen we nog dat "China has remained the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) source in Ethiopia, accounting for about 60 percent of the newly approved foreign projects in the East African country during 2019, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Report 2020 has disclosed. (...) Noting that the East African country's FDI inflow during the stated period was 2.5 billion U.S. dollars, it also stressed that the reported amount had declined by about 800 million U.S. dollars as compared to the previous year, which was said to be 3.3 billion U.S. dollars."

Tedros' benoeming tot WHO-directeur in 2017
- Sunday Times-columnist Rebecca Myers schreef in oktober 2017 dat "Chinese diplomats had campaigned hard for the Ethiopian, using Beijing’s financial clout and opaque aid budget to build support for him among developing countries."
- Washington Post columnist-Frida Ghitis schreef destijds ook dat China "worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help Tedros defeat the United Kingdom candidate for the WHO job, David Nabarro. Tedros’ victory was also a victory for Beijing, whose leader Xi Jinping has made public his goal of flexing China’s muscle in the world."

Tedros' lof voor China's optreden
- Op 14 januari nam de WHO klakkeloos van China over dat er "no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission" was.
- Op 28 januari, dag 6 van het GeenStijl-dossier, ontmoette Tedros China's president Xi Jinping en zei hem dat "We appreciate the seriousness with which China is taking this outbreak, especially the commitment from top leadership, and the transparency they have demonstrated, including sharing data and genetic sequence of the virus."

- Na kritiek op zijn houding benadrukte hij op 30 januari, dag 8 van het GeenStijl-dossier, zijn houding nog eens dubbel. "I left with absolutely no doubt about China's commitment to transparency and protecting the world's people. (...) The Chinese government is to be congratulated on the extraordinary measures it has taken to contain the outbreak. (...) The speed with which China detected the outbreak (...) and shared it with WHO and the world are very impressive and beyond words. So is China's commitment to transparency. (...) In many ways, China is actually setting a new standard for outbreak response." **Dit doodzieke fragment onderstaand.

- Op 15 februari, dag 23 van het GeenStijl-dossier, waarop de Chinese politie begon met het barricaderen van inwoners en de zaak écht al terminaal uit de hand gegierd was, benadrukte Tedros zijn steun en waardering voor China opnieuw. "The greatest enemy we face is not the virus itself; it’s the stigma that turns us against each other. We must stop stigma and hate! [Applause]. Much has been written and said about my praise for China. I have given credit where it’s due, and I will continue to do that (...)."

Tedros' kritiek op het sluiten van grenzen -
Op 3 februari, dag 12 van het GeenStijl-dossier waarin lijken zich in wachtkamers opstapelden en crematoria véél harder draaiden dan de officiële cijfers verklaarden, bekritiseerde hij landen die vluchten vanuit China tegen zouden houden. "First, there is no reason for measures that unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade. We call on all countries to implement decisions that are evidence-based and consistent. WHO stands ready to provide advice to any country that is considering which measures to take."

Kan het nog zo'n charmante vent zijn met een social media-team dat het met esoterische platitudes denkt te bedekken, maar Tredos is gewoon een Chinese agent.
